Have proof of identification

(Address on ID MUST match current address or we need to run credit check)

      and

Have a current MC, VISA,
DISCOVER, AMEX Card in
contract signer’s name

(Cannot be a Prepaid, Gift, or Promotional Card)

       or

Pass a Credit Check

(All Group B & C Instruments Require a Credit Check or Security Deposit)

       or

Pay a refundable Security Deposit of
$110/Group A or $210/Group B & C
